San Marzano Redorta

Famous italian sauce tomato !

Named after the Pizzo Redorta mountain in Bergamo, Italy. This is a superior form of 'San Marzano' and consistently produces larger-sized and better flavoured plum tomatoes than other San Marzano varieties. 

Rich and meaty flavoured fruits . Perfect variety for for making sauces, purée and passata from, but is also lovely when sliced fresh.
