Marshas starfighter beefsteak

This  beefsteak variety is a result of Marsha Eisenberg's "Star Wars" project in the United States. Large, indigo-red to streaked and dotted brown fruits, weighing from 200 to 400 g. Their beefsteak-like flesh is firm and juicy, with a rich flavor.
